Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in a resaleable condition
  • You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop
  • Items should be returned with original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds if items show signs of excessive use beyond reasonable handling.

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

We will provide full return instructions, including the return address.


Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases, we will:

  • Cover return shipping costs
  • Offer a replacement or full refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes 5–10 business days

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your item and place a new order.
